The Maths Development Team PDST is delighted to announce a course entitled “Resources for Maths Teaching” which will run in Wexford Education Centre and Waterford Education Centre during March and April. These courses are being organised in collaboration with the Wexford and Waterford branches of the IMTA.

The course will provide a comprehensive overview of a number of resources which will support your teaching of maths. This includes:

  • Using a number of pre-prepared GeoGebra files to deepen students’ understanding of topics including: rates of change, graphing, correlation,  inferential statistics and complex numbers
  • Using Microsoft Onenote to organise, present and record maths lessons, to collect student work and to provide useful feedback
  • Using the MDT whiteboard resource pack to enhance your boardwork (Note: This session will include a number of newly developed Magnetic Whiteboard resources).

The course will run in Wexford Education Centre on March 20th and April 19th from 5 – 7 pm. Download Flyer.
